Bartender

Task & Responsibilities:

• Welcoming guests in a warm and friendly manner
• Ensure that the bar area is correctly prepared for service.
• Execute cocktails and/or special drinks according to Hosokawa standards.
• Refilling fridges, restocking soft drinks, wines, sake and spirits
• Ensuring a clean working environment e.g. cleaning glasses, bar equipment and the bar itself.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Saké is an advantage
• You are fluent in English, both oral and written. The ability to speak and write Dutch or Japanese is an advantage.
• You have relevant work experience; preferably few years experience in a similar restaurant and have sufficient knowledge of liquors, spirits, wine, beer and mix drinks.
