Task & Responsibilities:
- Supports all efforts of marketing department.
- Assists in the management of all the social media pages under the guidance of the marketing manager. Posts according to set posting schedule.
- Consistently monitors and analyzes metrics on pages to improve engagement and ROI. Performs maintenance, updates and audits of pages when necessary.
- Assists with graphic design for the brand.
- Assist with photography of product photos for marketing use. Build photograph database internally and work to develop arsenal of professional photos.
- Assists with public relations and events: from conception, planning to completion.
- Assist with website design, functionality, and on-going maintenance.
- Assist with overall brand and marketing strategy. Idea generation for marketing efforts.
- Works closely with all departments to ensure needs are met and communication is open and engaging. Works closely with operations team to execute promotions.
- Travels to all locations as needed for marketing.
- Constantly learning to improve brand and marketing strategy to maximize marketing efforts.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.
Profile:
- Education or experience in marketing (you can be a student).
- Outstanding writing, messaging and storytelling skills is a must.
- Graphic design skills.
- Good understanding of marketing principles.
- Proven experience as a marketing assistant is a plus.
- Multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Requirements:
- You are fluent in English and Dutch, both oral and written.
