For 25 years, we have been offering the authentic Japanese dining experience known as Teppanyaki. The concept of Teppanyaki (“teppan” – iron plate, “yaki” – grilled) is based on three pillars: extremely fresh ingredients, proper equipment, and the skill of the chef.
Teppanyaki focuses on clean and healthy ingredients, complemented with light seasoning. The quality of ingredients such as meat, fish, and vegetables must meet the highest standards. To ensure that the dish is tender on the inside and crispy on the outside, the table is heated to 250-300 degrees Celsius.
